What this site does

SharpLineup (sharplineup.com) publishes fantasy football projections, rankings, and related analysis. You can use the site without creating an account. This policy describes what limited data the site collects and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Device identifier. To let you vote on player matchups and appear on the leaderboard without an account, the site stores a randomly generated device ID in your browser (localStorage and a cookie). It is not tied to your name, email, or any real-world identity. If you claim a leaderboard handle, that handle is associated with this device ID.
• Preferences. Your league settings and an unlock flag are stored in your browser so the site remembers them between visits.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and browser information) to help us understand how the site is used. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites.
• Advertising. If advertising (Google AdSense) is enabled on the site, Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, which may be personalized where permitted. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, names, email addresses, payment details, or precise location. The site is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Some US state privacy laws (including the CCPA/CPRA) treat the use of advertising and analytics cookies as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out in the following ways, each of which this site honors:

• Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends the GPC signal, this site treats it as a valid opt-out: Google Analytics is not loaded for your visit and no personalized advertising cookies are set by us.
• Browser controls. Blocking or clearing cookies for sharplineup.com removes the device ID, preferences, and any analytics identifiers.
• Google controls. Opt out of GA via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

State residents may also have rights to know, delete, or correct personal information. Because the site holds no account data beyond the anonymous device ID described above, the practical remedy is clearing your browser storage; for anything else, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell data to data brokers, and we share data only with the service providers named above (Google, Cloudflare) and our hosting providers (Vercel, Render), each acting under their own privacy terms. Votes and leaderboard results are retained to operate the product; analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults.
